Brenda Dougan founded A.S.A.P. Services in 1990 with a simple goal in mind, to
provide prospective clients and applicants with a flexible and personalized alternative
to the large, national staffing firms prevalent in the region. With this goal in
mind, Brenda founded the original A.S.A.P. office which is still open today at
920 W. Johnson Ave. in Springdale, AR.
Brenda provides A.S.A.P. Services with a seasoned and proven strategy for managing
growth while maintaining the high ethical and professional standards for which the
company is known.

Paul Dobbs joined A.S.A.P. Services shortly after its inception and has served in
every capacity from staffing representative to translator to his current position
with the company. Paul blends a healthy dose of good humor with a thorough
knowledge of the staffing industry to provide the motivation and tools needed
for A.S.A.P. Services, Inc. to grow and prosper. Paul's duties include
identification of new markets and programs, company compliance with state/federal
regulations and the overall success of the operations and financial components of
A.S.A.P. Services, Inc.

Michael Dewayne Dobbs

Dewayne Dobbs joined A.S.A.P. Services in 1996 after retirement from the United States Air Force. Dewayne's attention to detail, system knowledge, and great work ethic has contributed immensely to the success of the company. His duties include Supervising all Payroll and Billing, Payment of all Taxes, Withholdings, and Unemployment Insurance as well as all Accounts Payable and Receivable.
